HOTEL BELLECLAIRE CENTRAL PARK NEW YORK CITY, New York City – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel was booked for 6 people, but surprisingly, it felt cramped and not safe even for one person. The shower only had lukewarm water, which was disappointing. While the bed and bathroom were fine, the lack of closet space made it challenging to store clothes and luggage. Additionally, with only one chair for 3 adults, we had to sit on the beds as there was no seating available. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel has spacious rooms that are slightly noisy due to street sounds but offer a cozy atmosphere. The service is excellent, surpassing minor room issues, and is enriched with historical charm. The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan and boasts a safe, Central Park adjacent neighborhood. The dining provides a continental breakfast at Mille Feuille bakery, slightly affected by outside drafts. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives worth considering.
